Terms and Policies
Tailgategoddess.com merchandise is normally shipped within 3-5 business days from time of order approval. Our orders are shipped via UPS Ground. The shipping schedule may vary during peak holiday season. When placing orders, be sure to include your physical address in the order. We do not ship to post office boxes. The UPS tracking feature will e-mail you a tracking number once the package is picked up for delivery from our facility.
Damages and Returns
Tailgate Goddess merchandise is custom made for our customers. When selecting products, please e-mail our company with any questions before you place your order. Customer service is available Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. by calling 803.782.242.
If your shipment is damaged, please notify our office within 2 days of receipt.
Rush Orders
Please notify us if you need an item shipped quicker than the normal 3-5 day shipping schedule. There are two UPS Express options: 2-day shipping for an additional $15 and UPS Overnight Saver for an additional $25.
